Sub Zero Repairs Calabasas

My parents have been using Vlad and his company for years and recommended them after I purchased a GE Monogram built-in refrigerator. Vlad and his crew were able to complete the repairs fast, wore masks, and were kind, honest and respectful. I highly recommend and will continue to be a customer. My refrigerator and freezer were not holding temperature accurately, and the water/ice dispenser was not working. I called on a Monday and Vlad got back to me within an hour. He was able to come and inspect the unit the next morning. He gave me a quote and estimated time to obtain parts and repair. He was back at my place Thursday morning with parts and was able to get everything back in great working order.

Refrigerator & freezer repair in November 2022

When my 25 yr. old Sub-Zero ice maker broke, I called Sub Zero Repair and spoke to Vlad. He came out that day, and after checking out the freezer, explained that I needed a new ice maker and pump. He did the repairs the following day, and was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and neat. When the Refrigerator stopped being cold, I called Vlad again, and this time, the motor was bad. Vlad and Alec put in a whole new motor, and my Sub Zero is running like a new one! Once again, they were both terrific, demonstrating professionalism, and expert workmanship. Prices were very reasonable too! I would highly recommend Sub Zero Repairs Calabasas!

My elderly parents' 15-year-old Sub-Zero refrigerator began leaking and I contacted Vlad and he responded right away. He was so professional and wore a mask the entire time which I appreciated! He figured out the problem right away and explained it to my 81-year-old father. He cleaned areas in the fridge that have not been touched since they bought it. He did a great job, and we will use him again for future maintenance. Vlad was very friendly and professional, and we highly recommend him!

We are incredibly happy with this company. They came to our house in the middle of a pandemic, wearing masks and gloves. They did not up-sell us like some other repair companies, instead just repairing what was broken and nothing more. When we had a follow up issue, they came right back the next day and fixed it for no additional charge. Vlad stand by their work and have pride and integrity with their work. We put their business sticker on the inside door of our Viking fridge so that we will not forget to use them again in case of anything.

I called the company and talked with Vlad. He called me back as agreed and showed up on time. Vlad inspected my 8 yr old large 48-inch Subzero and told me why it was leaking water on the floor. Said he could fix now. We agreed on the price. He finished in about 30 minutes. He also serviced it and cleaned out 8 yrs, dust dirt, and dog hair from the coils. Vlad is a very competent professional. I will use him again.
